Trust Center

Your trust, our standard

This page is maintained by Redeemed Auto to answer common questions about how we handle customer information and keep our site secure. It describes our current practices and is not an independent certification.

What we collect

When you request a quote, opt in to updates, or submit a contact form, we collect only what's needed to help you: your name, contact details, vehicle details you choose to share, and any photos or messages you send.

We do not sell customer information. We do not use it for advertising to third parties.

How your data is stored and protected

Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted on our backend provider. Access from the public website is restricted by row-level security so visitors cannot read other customers' submissions.

Form submissions and admin actions flow through a server-side layer using a privileged key that is never exposed in the browser. Uploaded photos in our gallery and branding storage live in private buckets and are served via time-limited signed URLs.

Connections to our site are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive credentials (database keys, third-party API keys) are stored as server-side secrets, not in client code.

Who can see your information

Only the Redeemed Auto team (the back-office account owner) can read newsletter sign-ups, change requests, and contact submissions. Access is password-gated and runs through server functions — there is no public read access to these tables.

Security practices we follow

  • Row-level security enabled on all customer-data tables.
  • No write or read access to sensitive tables from anonymous visitors.
  • Private file storage with signed-URL delivery.
  • Server-only handling of privileged keys and admin operations.
  • Regular automated security scans of the application and database.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry or keep you informed if you opted in. You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing the address below.

Report a concern

If you believe you've found a security or privacy issue, or want your data removed, please contact us through the contact page. We aim to respond within a few business days.
